Pectins are a carbohydrate that is part of soluble fiber. This type of fiber is characterized by forming a network when in contact with water, trapping the water and causing the mixture to gel. Thanks to its water absorption capacity, pectin:

  • Delays the absorption of some nutrients.

Instructions for use
