They sent me the wrong product Topicrem Balsamo emollient and I am still waiting for a replacement for the gel I ordered

I use it for my face, very dry and sensitive skin, every time I wash it I end up with extremely dry tight skin. This gel surgras is so good I use it every time I wash my face with a spray of purified water right after and I feel a protective layer my face is so soft and bright. I recommend this product I love it.

This product requires a good quantity before it lathers. Inevitably it finishes quickly. I will not buy it again.
