Vegetable cream for cooking, made from 80% organic coconut milk and 20% water. It is suitable as an alternative to a cream of animal origin. It does not contain gluten or lactose and allows easy digestion. It has a sweet and creamy flavour, recommended to combine in oriental style preparations or desserts. With a low percentage of saturated fats thanks to the cold pressing process. It comes in a recyclable aluminium container, to improve preservation and facilitate the use of the product.
