Much better than other shampoos I have used for dermatitis eczema and others on the scalp. I usually use it in combo with other products from the same range (equally recommended). I haven't had any problems since I started using them (after years of trying to find a treatment that worked for me), in addition to leaving my hair beautiful, and having a spa-like smell.
