Insert the arm into the sock and take the heel and turn around. Open the toe with the thumbs of both hands, fit up to the instep and place the heel correctly. Take the sock firmly under the top edge and go up slowly. Raise the sock by pushing the fold formed over the instep and heel to the top of the sock. Repeat the operation until the stocking fits perfectly. Remove wrinkles by carefully pulling upward. Apply using both hands and gently massage until the stocking is wrinkle-free.
