How do I use Varisan normal compression pantyhose?

• Insert the arm into the panty take the heel and turn around.
• Open the toe with the thumbs of both hands, fit up to the instep and place the heel correctly.
• Take the panty firmly below the top edge and climb slowly. Raise the panty by pushing the formed fold over the instep and heel until it is exceeded.
• Repeat the operation until the stocking fits perfectly.
• Remove wrinkles by carefully pulling upward.
• Spread using both hands and gently massage in until the sock is free of wrinkles.
