Insert the arm into the pantyhose and take the heel and turn around. Open the toe with the thumbs of both hands, fit up to the instep and place the heel correctly. Take the panty firmly under the top edge and go up slowly. Raise the panty by pushing the fold formed over the instep and the heel to the top. Repeat the operation until the stocking fits perfectly.
