Compression socks for circulatory disorders

Description

Compression socks are intended for women and provide class 2 compression. Their function is to relieve venous insufficiency by exerting a decreasing pressure (15 to 20 mmHg) from the ankle to the calf. Compression stockings are divided into several classes according to their level of compression. Class 2 is especially recommended in cases of moderate venous insufficiency. They are indicated for varicose veins, heavy legs, venous oedema, after phlebological and sclerotherapy surgeries, in case of venous disorders during pregnancy or for the prevention of venous thrombosis during long journeys. As a preventive or curative measure, they facilitate the venous return and relieve pain.

Semi-opaque and easy to put on and maintain. In addition, these socks provide a certain lightness and a feeling of comfort on a daily basis. Compression stockings are prescribed when signs of fatigue, swelling or heaviness appear. This means that blood is not being sent properly upward to be oxygenated. Therefore, compression socks are ideal for relieving pain and restoring comfort.
