Vigornail 90Capis a zinc-based food supplement that helps keep nails in optimal condition.

It also contains L-cystine which is a sulfur amino acid constituent of keratin.

Indicated for nail growth.

Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water or other liquid preferably with meals and for a minimum of 2 months

Do not exceed this dose.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
