Vitacrecil Complex 60caps is a dietary supplement with a balanced combination of nutrients for the nutrition of hair and nails.

Formulated with L-cystine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, iron, and zinc. Biotin is a vitamin whose adequate intake contributes to the normal maintenance of hair. On the other hand, cystine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is a component of keratin.

Indicated for the nutrition of hair and nails.

Take 2 capsules a day during breakfast. Maintain the treatment for 3 months.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
