Description

Lavender is a shrub that grows in mountainous regions and at high altitude, which blooms a small flower per stem and is used in cooking for its fresh and floral flavour. It is also used for infusion thanks to its relaxing properties that help to combat nervous system problems, insomnia and stress.

Instructions for use

It can be used in an aroma diffuser, directly on the skin for dermatological conditions or inhaled, although it is recommended to be diluted in water.
