Pranarôm Ravintsara Essential Oil BIO 10ml is a natural treatment with immune stimulating, antibacterial, anti-catarrhal, expectorant and neurotonic action.
This essential oil is used to relieve the effects of colds, bronchitis, fatigue or nervousness.
How do you use Pranarôm Ravintsara Qt Cineol BIO?
- Internal route: Apply 2 drops of CTEO 3 times a day in synergy with niaouli or eucalyptus radiata, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar under the tongue, for all viral states and nervous problems.
- External: Apply 5 drops of CTEO 3 times a day, massaging both sides of the spine or chest, depending on the condition to be treated.
- Usually to strengthen the immune defenses: Apply 6 drops in local application on the arch of the feet or on the chest morning and evening.
