Description

Pranarôm Scots Pine Essential Oil 10ml is an essential oil that is mainly used to soothe respiratory problems or infections such as asthma, sinusitis or bronchitis, but it is also a real remedy to relieve joint pain(osteoarthritis, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and osteo-articular inflammation).

The aroma of Scots pine is warm and helps to combat, also, stress or mental exhaustion.

Instructions for use

  • External : Dilute 3 drops of CTEO and 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil for 3 times a day on the area of the body related to the organ for which the treatment is intended.
  • Usually: To improve breathing, especially at night, inhale the following preparation for 5 to 10 minutes protecting your eyes very well: Apply 3 drops of Scots pine, 3 drops of ravinstsara and 2 drops of peppermint.
