The macerate contains black poplar, pine and currant, the extract is obtained from gemmotherapy, which is defined as a general embryonic herbal medicine. It uses the active principles of buds, seeds, rootlets or young shoots of freshly picked trees prepared by direct maceration in a solution of alcohol and glycerin.

It results in a children's syrup for stubborn coughs. It promotes relaxation of the bronchial mucosa and soothes irritation and inflammation of the respiratory tract.
