I think it is efficient. I also do exercise and diet so I can't say in what proportion it helps me, but I do notice that my skin is softer and tighter. You have to be constant and use it twice a day massaging with the capsule. At first it hurts but it goes away with each use. I recommend it. Too bad it's so expensive....

The cup is not good for much, it is better to use one with more suction from other brands (I am using them with the oil and they work great), this cup is very small but the oil smells great and does its job if you are consistent every day.
