Description

A food supplement based on amino acids, nettle, zinc and vitamins. Zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of hair and nails, and to their good health. Hair and nails are mainly composed of keratin, a protein that gives elasticity, strength and shine to hair and hardness to nails. Keratin is synthesised from sulphur-containing amino acids, cysteine and methionine. It is recommended for all those with brittle, dull and weak hair, or for those whose nails break easily. Well&Well advises not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements complement the good effects of healthy habits in a diet, they should never replace it. It should be kept out of the reach of children. Not recommended for use by children.

Instructions for use

Take two tablets a day before meals. Follow the pharmacist's recommendations.

L-Methionine, Cellulose, L-Cystine, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Urtica Diocia, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Zinc Oxide , Rice Powder,Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate)

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
