Description

Healthy snacks rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and tryptophan, and with a low sugar content. Fibre helps the digestive system to function properly, as well as having a satiating effect. Proteins provide energy to the body and enhance intellectual activity. They contain vitamins A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and B8. Tryptophan is an amino acid that improves mood, the effects of depression and regulates sleep.

It is recommended for all those who wish to supplement a slimming diet, suffer from nutritional deficiencies or those students in exam periods. Ysonut warns that people with soy and lactose allergies should abstain. The daily dose of one bar should not be exceeded because it contains polyols which have a laxative effect.
