Description

This Alemany honey comes only from the nectar of the flowers of the chestnut tree, which makes this product a mono-floral honey. It has a deep, dark amber colour. In its smell it integrates very well the floral, herbaceous aromas and the notes of dry wood. Its flavour is sweet with some salty and bitter notes. Its aromas and flavours are reminiscent of the forest. This honey has a high energetic and antioxidant value. In addition, it contains a lot of potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, and this helps the blood circulation process. It can be used as an ingredient for many sweet dishes, and can even be served with toast. It comes in a 500g glass jar. It should be consumed within 20 months after packaging.

Instructions for use

Spread on toast, on sweets or add to herbal teas.
