It is a 100% natural organic honey. Produced entirely in Spanish lands by Alemany. Harvested in spring in Aragon and Catalonia. Its main characteristic is that it is produced by bees fed with different vegetable flowers. However, its pollen percentage is the same, which makes its formula very balanced. Honey that has a soft and floral smell and a sweet taste. Its recipe is free of chemicals and sweeteners. Honey is rich in antioxidants, various vitamins and amino acids, and contains very few minerals. Its components make it a potent preservative and it is full of antimicrobial agents. Being organic, it can be used as an accompaniment at snack time or as an ingredient in various recipes. It is recommended to be consumed within 20 months of the date marked on the package.
