Place the tablet directly in your mouth; it can be chewed or dissolved. Do not swallow the whole tablet. It is possible to drink a little non-carbonated water. It is recommended to take 2 chewable tablets after meals and 2 at night before going to bed. You can take another 2 tablets before going to bed or during the day as recommended by your doctor.
