100% natural, unrefined, whole cane sugar, from fair trade in Ecuador. It is a source of mineral salts, iron, protein and carbohydrates. Packaged from an artisanal process where the canes are mechanically squeezed and the juice is concentrated by evaporation of water in the sun, thus preserving the nutritional principles. It has a pleasantly sweet and mellow flavour, with an amber yellow colour. Recommended for the preparation of cakes, cookies, jams, cocktails, creams, creams, drinks, infusions and teas.
