Description

It is used in a large number of dishes and recipes. Black pepper, which beyond being a mere condiment, has innumerable health benefits. It is a condiment rich in magnesium (100 grams contain 190 mg of magnesium). It has a high amount of potassium, 1260 mg per 100 grams. It is one of the foods with more fibre. It contains essential minerals such as calcium (430 mg) and iron (11.20 mg per 100 g.), sodium, phosphorus and zinc. And a wide range of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 and vitamins C and D. Helps digestion as it increases stomach secretions and helps prevent intestinal gas. Ideal for weight loss, pepper bark helps to eliminate fat cells. Therefore, consuming it helps us to maintain body weight and is a good ally for slimming diets.
