After trying several medical treatments for inflammatory adult acne, I finally found the solution on my own. It takes a while to see the effects, it goes slowly, but after a month you have no trace, only the scars, and even so I will continue to see if I'm lucky if they fade. My teenage daughters are also using it and although it is milder than mine, as soon as they get something they use it and it's fixed.
