I have been taking Arkoflex for a little over three months and I am very happy. The pains in my knees have improved a lot. The most striking thing I have noticed is the shine in the hair and the feeling of having less dry skin on the body. It dilutes very well in water and its lemon flavor is quite pleasant. I only have one drawback, it does not indicate what type of collagen it is, if it is marine, animal, or vegetable. Type 1, 2, 3. Something important to keep in mind. Otherwise, I recommend it.
