How to use Arkopharma Arkovital pure energy multivitamin

Take 1 tablet a day in the morning, recommended for a minimum of 3 months.

Composition

Loading agent: cellulose (from cellulose pulp). Powder of acerola berry juice (Malpighia punicifolia L. or Malpighia glabra L.). Concentrate of vegetable extracts titrated into vitamins and minerals (fruit of amla (Phyllanthus emblica L.), guava (Psidium guajava L.), sacred basil leaf (Ocimum tenuiflorum L.), curry tree leaf (Murraya koenigii (L.) Spreng.), lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Burm. f.)). Extract of skin and grape seeds (Vitis vinifera L.) - Rice starch - Lutein extracted from tagete flowers - Vitamin D3 lichen extract. - Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (from vegetable oils).

 

Coating of vegetable origin: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (from cellulose pulp).

 

Colouring agent of vegetable origin: copper complexes of chlorophyllins (extracted from roots of herbs, alfalfa, nettles and other vegetables).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.

I've been taking it for 1 week and I notice some effect, yes. I don't know to what extent it will give a lot of energy because it gives me sleepy too lol I don't like the taste either, even if it's swallowable. The good thing is that it is vegetarian, which is not easy to find
