Pure coconut oil of the Ayurveda brand. It can be used for food use as a normal oil (for hot or cold use) for body moisturising by applying a very small amount, distributing evenly and letting it dry. It leaves a greasy sensation, so use very little quantity. You can also use it to moisturise your hair by applying one or two drops to damp towel-dried hair, leave on for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. Too much oil can cause greasy hair, so be very careful.
