Bayer Serenia® 30caps is a dietary supplement containing three plant extracts that promote sleep and help to relax during stressful situations. Its formula contains California poppy, valerian and passionflower. During the day, these capsules provide a relaxing effect, promoting well-being in stressful situations. At night, they help people fall sleep and improve the quality of their sleep. It is recommended for use by people over 12 years.

How to take Bayer Serenia® 30 caps?

• In case of nervousness, take once or twice a day;
• To facilitate sleep and nighttime rest, take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
• Take the recommended doses over a period of 2 to 4 weeks for maximum effectiveness.
