Description

Of European origin, this plant has a wide variety of healing properties that are now widely known and used in cosmetics and medicine. It is popularly known as chamomile, or even as camomile chamomile. It can be differentiated from the daisy because its flowers are white and yellow, and it has a short stem. In the way it is obtained, it is extracted from the stem when it is still tender and its flowers are still dry. It has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammations and bruises produced in the body. Its antibacterial and anti-allergic properties allow it to act against external agents, eliminating bacteria and allergens. Instructions for use

Prepare the cup of infusion by pouring a teaspoon of herbs over the water just after boiling when removing it from the fire, and leaving it covered for five minutes. Strain and drink hot.
