Spelt shells made with organically grown ingredients. Spelt, in general, has a very similar nutritional value to common wheat but contains a higher proportion of riboflavin and niacin than common wheat. It is also rich in fibre and vitamins E and B.

-Open and cook with water and a little salt to taste. After about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and drain well with warm water.
