Description

Spaghetti made with whole Kamut as the main ingredient. Kamut is one of the oldest known varieties of wheat. It stands out from common wheat for its higher concentration of protein, lipids, fibre, minerals and vitamins.

Instructions for use

Boil 1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta. When it is boiling, add salt and the pasta. Stir well. From the moment the water returns to a boil cook for 5/7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
