Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown in the lush hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climate and soil conditions that produce some of the best teas in Japan.
Also known as blue tea, it is halfway between black tea and green tea. The production process consists of:
- Partial fermentation of the tea
- Steaming to capture the unique balance of rich and relaxing flavors, without a bitter aftertaste
Oolong tea is particularly popular in the East to drink after meals. Additionally, it is kosher and vegan-friendly.
