Non-adhesive dressing with Hydrofibra® technology, which gels in contact with wound exudate to maintain a moist healing environment. Hydrofibra® technology consists of a waterproof outer layer of polyurethane film, and a multi-layer absorbent foam pad. The top layer allows excess moisture to evaporate and creates an impermeable barrier that protects against the penetration of viruses and bacteria. A secondary dressing is required.
