Non-adhesive dressing with Hydrofibra® technology, which gels upon contact with the wound exudate to maintain a moist healing environment.
The Hydrofibra® technology consists of:
Outer layer: waterproof polyurethane film
Pad: multi-layer absorbent foam
The top layer allows for evaporation of excess moisture and creates a waterproof barrier that protects against the penetration of viruses and bacteria. A secondary dressing is required.
