Meadowsweet contributes to joint mobility. Horsetail helps to soothe the joints. Black currant facilitates the functioning of muscles and joints. Finally, harpagophytum helps the flexibility and mobility of joints and tendons.
Consume 1 to 3 sachets per day. Use one sachet for a 20cl cup, pour boiling water, let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
