• Avoid excessively hot showers and baths, keeping the maximum temperature at 34°C
• Limit the duration of showers and baths

• When drying the skin, use the towel with a patting motion instead of rubbing
• Apply a hypoallergenic emollient in a thin layer after bathing or showering, once or twice a day to prevent irritation
