Instructions for use

Take one stick in the morning on an empty stomach directly or mixed with liquid.

Composition

Fructose, water, fresh royal jelly* (10%), acidifier (citric acid) and preservative (potassium sorbate). *Each stick contains 1000 mg of fresh royal jelly.
