Description

DocMorris Omega Total 30Caps is a dietary supplement with Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids, in their proper proportions, and coming from quality plant-based extracts and oils.

Omega 3 (specifically, ALA or alpha-linolenic acid) and Omega 9 (oleic acid) contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The daily intake of 2 g of ALA, together with the healthy habit of replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats (extra virgin olive oil, nuts), contributes to this maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.

Why do we need this type of fatty acid in our diet? Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids have antioxidant capacity. Our body cannot produce them on its own. That is why it is good to include them in the diet through the consumption of fish, seafood, seeds, quality oils, nuts and, if appropriate, with the reinforcement of a dietary supplement.

In detail, this supplement provides a source of Omega 3 (ALA), Omega 6 (Linoleic and γ-linolenic acid), Omega 7 (Palmitoleic acid) and Omega 9 (Oleic acid). All these fatty acids combined support the tonicity of the blood vessel walls. In case of doubts, following treatment with anticoagulant medication or living with a chronic disease, it is essential to consult a health professional.

Package for one month (1 capsule per day) or 15 days (2 capsules per day). Dosage according to professional recommendation.

Instructions for use

Take 1-2 softgels a day, before breakfast and dinner.
