Description

Dietary supplement in the form of soluble powder, made from psyllium from the seeds of organically grown plantago ovata, which provides up to 88% of its weight in soluble fibre.

Especially recommended to relieve constipation, as it absorbs liquid in the intestines, increases and promotes the formation of bulky stools, making them easier to evacuate. It is also ideal to reduce diarrhoea.

Helps regulate cholesterol levels, and promotes good cardiovascular health.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. -Dissolve 1 to 2 teaspoons (5/10g) once a day, in a glass of water or juice.-Consume immediately to prevent the mixture from gelling.-After consumption, it is recommended to drink another glass of water or juice.
