Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.

Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.

Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.

Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.

To maintain good oral hygiene, you should brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, once in the evening. At least 2 minutes should be spent to ensure proper cleaning.
