-BY INGESTION: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day mixed in a teaspoon of olive oil.
They can also be dissolved in a vegetable oil at the rate of 30 drops per 30 ml of vegetable oil and take 1 ml of the mixture 3 times a day.
-COSMETIC: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil for every 2 ml of carrier oil (normal dilution) in a bottle. Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure homogenization of the mixture. Then apply with a massage.
