With arnica extract, anti-inflammatory action, it is useful in case of blows and trauma, bruises, sprains, symptomatic treatment of rheumatic ailments and muscle pain from physical activity.

Apply the gel 2 or 3 times a day on the affected area and massage with circular movements until completely absorbed.

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.
