Instructions for use

1) Before the first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilizing solution.

3) It is recommended to introduce your Eve cup sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing.

4) Choose the posture that is most comfortable for you and to facilitate its insertion, soak it in water or use an intimate water-based lubricant.
