The first day I did notice some satiety, but the other days nothing, in fact I have found that if you take 2 or 3 pills you do lose weight up to 1kg per day, but if for example you take 1 or do not take it, even if you eat the same, you take it all again, so it has a rebound effect. I will not buy it again.
