Instructions for use

Take 1 ampoule of FORTÉ ROYAL JELLY BIO 3,500 mg in the morning, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Due to its high concentration, extracting the liquid may be more or less easy. Shake before use. To avoid a possible eventual drop of ampoule remnants in the liquid, do not break the ampoule over the glass.
