Description

Freestyle Optium Neo Set Glucose Reader is a glucose meter designed to quickly measure glucose and ketones in the blood. It works using Optium test strips designed to collect a minimal blood sample, which is then swiftly analysed by the meter in 5 seconds.

The screen displays test results clearly. The result shown may be accompanied by a red or yellow arrow, either solid or blinking, depending on whether the glucose level is too low or too high compared to expected values. Additionally, it allows you to easily record up to 1000 results.

The meter's box contains: 1x Optium Neo glucose meter + 1x lancing device + 1 manual + 1x carrying/storage case + 1x cable with micro USB port.

Instructions for use

  • Wash and dry your hands before performing the test.

  • Insert the Optium dosing electrode into the provided port.

  • Use the lancing device to collect a blood sample.

  • Place the blood on the dosing electrode.

  • The result is displayed after 5 seconds.
