Sample collection:
1. Place the stool collector on the toilet lid, allowing it to sink slightly.
2. Deposit the stool sample into the placed collector.
Note: the stool sample should not come into contact with urine or toilet water until the sample has been collected.
3. Open the red cap tube and use the collection swab found in the cap to take stool from three different parts of the sample.
Sample preparation:
4. Gently swirl the collection swab inside the tube until the sample is completely dissolved. Close the cap tightly.
5. Shake vigorously and intermittently for 10 minutes.
6. Let the sample sit for 2 minutes to settle.
7. Unscrew the nozzle from the red cap and carefully add 10 drops of it to the blue cap tube. Close the tube tightly.
8. Gently shake for at least 15 seconds.
Test procedure:
9. Open the aluminum pouch and remove the Lateral Flow Device and the plastic pipette.
10. Using the pipette, add 8 drops to the S area of the Lateral Flow Device.
Result reading:
Place the device horizontally, do not shake, and wait 10 minutes to see the final result (if there is a high concentration of gluten, the result should appear in less than 1 or 2 minutes).
(+) POSITIVE Two lines appear: a GREEN line in the control area (C) and a RED line in the test area (T). Gluten intake has occurred in the last 2-7 days.
(-) NEGATIVE A single GREEN line appears in the control area (C).
INVALID: Review the instructions and repeat the experiment with a new test, correctly following the indicated procedure.
