Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 tablet in the evening with dinner and 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, as a single dose or as part of a 15-day program.-Repeat if necessary.
