H4U Brewer's Yeast 400mg 180tabs is a vitamin nutritional, anti-anemic and digestive supplement. Brewer's yeast contains all the essential amino acids in the right amounts for our metabolism to develop its own proteins. It is also one of the richest supplements in B vitamins, a type of vitamin essential for correct biochemical and metabolic functionality of the organism. This supplement helps to strengthen skin, hair and nails. It promotes digestive health. Facilitates cellular oxygenation and strengthens the immune system.

Instructions for use

Take 4-5 tablets a day at main meals.

Brewer's Yeast (490 Mg). Anti-caking agents: Silica (E551) and Magnesium Stearate (E572).

Brewer's yeast is one of the best-known nutritional supplements. It is obtained from cereal fermentation, such as barley. It tends to have a bitter aftertaste, so it is processed into de-bitterised yeast. It is available as a powder or in flakes, that can be added directly to food, or in tablet or capsule form.

It is very high in fibre and proteins of high biological value, especially rich in the amino acid lysine, and it contains glutathione, a tripeptide with antioxidant properties. It also contains B vitamins and several minerals, such as selenium, calcium, zinc and iron.

As a source of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, supplementation with brewer's yeast supports hair, skin and nail care. Minerals such as zinc and selenium support proper immune system function and fibre supports bowel movement.
