My wife does not process cow's milk proteins and is lactose intolerant, but she loves animal milk. Since we could not find lactose-free goat or sheep milk, the alternative was to buy regular sheep or goat milk and add lactase in drops. We did this with this product by adding 10 drops to 1L of sheep's milk and left about 36h in the refrigerator. The product did its job of converting the lactose into glucose+galactose and my wife drank the milk and had no problems. We are delighted! I will buy it again through PromoFarma for sure!
