Penne rigate style pasta made with white corn flour and rice, 100% organic. Gluten-free, recommended replacing traditional noodles. It provides carbohydrates that translate into body energy, proteins and dietary fibre. It has been composed taking into account the original Italian recipe and shape. Drying is done in the traditional way at low temperatures between 50 and 65 degrees.
